“What is WIFM?”, Singh started his talk program by asking this question. It means every member in a project must know ‘What’s in it for me’. Project can be successful only when every member of a project understand the values of project. Through different methodologies the project can be run in software field. He gave information about Waterfall methodology, Agile Approach, Six Sigma & Kanhan Technique. Not having the proper understanding between the object proposed by client and when client doesn’t respond back properly will make the project more complicated. He said, “The key responsibility of project manager has to be successfully delivering the objectives and benefits the sponsor expects from the project”.

He said that there should not be communication gap between the team members. The most important factor that should be among the team members is motivation and cooperation. The ending part was the most interesting part. He gave a demo of object understanding of project manager proposed by client by the help of four volunteers
